• The program recognizes 250+ women leaders in AI sectors like healthcare, education, and tech.
• Offers mentorship, leadership programs, global exposure, and funding support.
• Hosted on the Manthan Platform to reach students, researchers, and professionals.

AI Kiran addresses the urgent need for inclusive leadership in AI, where algorithmic fairness and social equity require women’s participation. By creating a multi-stakeholder ecosystem, it seeks to eliminate gatekeeping in AI careers and inspire new waves of female changemakers.
